This notice explains what happens to the details you share with us through nostimere.com. We have kept it short because we collect very little.
Who we are
This website is run by Nostimere LLC (“Nostimere”, “we”, “us”). We decide how the details described here are used.
What we collect
Only what you choose to give us when you request an appointment: your name, your house or company, your title, your email address and, if you wish, how you heard of us.
We use Fathom Analytics, a privacy-first service, to count visits. It uses no cookies and does not identify or track individual visitors. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not build profiles of visitors. Like any website, the servers that host ours keep short-lived technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) to keep the site secure and running.
Why we use it
To reply to you and, if you wish, to arrange an appointment. Nothing else. We do not sell your details, share them for anyone else’s marketing or add you to a mailing list.
Where it is kept
When you send the form, your details are emailed to our company mailbox, provided by Google Workspace, and a copy is stored in our website’s database, hosted by Hostinger. A record of that notification email is kept on the website for one week and then deleted automatically. These providers act on our behalf, under their own security and data-protection commitments, and may process data in countries other than your own.
How long we keep it
For as long as we are in conversation with you, and afterwards only for as long as we reasonably need a record of that conversation. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to show you the details we hold about you, to correct them or to delete them. Write to contact@nostimere.com and we will reply within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.
Changes
If we change how we handle your details, we will update this page and the date at the top.
